I saw this show on Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful from a technical standpoint. The average Branson show goer will enjoy this high energy production, however, anyone with any knowledge about musical theatre will be dissapointed as the audience is often fooled by chorus numbers where chorus members are lip sinking their way through the show. One number even has the sound of tap dancing, but none of the performers have tap shoes on. The show is an insult to real professionalism.
Aside from that, the lead voices sounded good, especially the baritone lead. However, they shouldn't have him try to sing music written for a tenor if he doesn't have the high notes.
This is not a show that I can recommend. It's a nice try to bring Broadway to Branson, however, it's certainly NOT broadway, and recorded voices in the background chorus crap.
