Long before Branson became known as the number one live entertainment capital of the world, 4 brothers began entertaining folks on the Branson lake front. The Mabe brothers were the founding members of the Balknobbers Jamboree Show in 1959, and became Branson's first country music show.

Over the next 5 decades Branson has sprung to life, with hotels, amusement parks, a countless number of music theaters, and even an international airport currently under construction. One show remains the same and is still the original "grass roots" music show in town. Come out and see the show that started it all!

Country music, hillbilly comedy, gospel, and a splash of good old fashioned American Patriosm will keep families of all ages tappin their toes, singing along, and howling with laughter. When you think of Branson, the Baldknobbers Jamboree show is where it all began. Today people from all around the globe decide to vacation in Branson.
